POST INDICATOR VALVE

Chief Fire offers a full line of “open−shut” indicator posts that are UL Listed and FM Approved for use with 4″−12″ non-rising stem gate valves in buried service. They are recommended for use in fire protection systems or installations where it is critical that valve status is known. Please refer to Chief Fire technical datasheets for engineering and installation information​

  • Meet or exceed the requirements of NFPA 24 standard.
  • Indicates the state of the valve OPEN or SHUT position.
  • Target nut to allow 13 to 51 turns for CF-600.
  • “L” shaped wrench handle fitted with a secure padlock (provided by the user).
  • Protected windows sign plate.
  • Easily adjustable indicator OPEN and SHUT targets sign plate.
  • UL/ULC 789 Listed, FM 1110 Approved.

wet-BARREL FIRE HYDRANT

Chief Fire, US Based company specializes in the manufacture of UL / FM valve, hydrants Wet & Dry  barrels and accessory products for fire protection piping systems.
Chief Fire wet barrel hydrant is designed to be trouble free and easy to maintain, and meets or exceeds the requirements of the AWWA C503 standard for wet barrel fire hydrants.
The hydrant is rated for a working pressure of 250 psi.

Single Clapper Siamese

The Straight Pattern Fire Department Connection is UL Listed and FM Approved. Manufactured from brass components to increase service life. The single clapper design features brass clapper and brass seats within a cast brass body. The 2-1/2 inlets are pin lug design for ease of use and compatibility with local fire service districts. Swivel gaskets included. Breakable caps or plugs should be installed to protect threads and prevent debris from being accidentally introduced into the waterway.
