The HRU is easy to install on new or existing equipment. It can be powered by the vehicle’s electrical system or hydraulic system or an optional portable hydraulic unit. Its portable design allows it to be moved between different vehicles, making it a flexible and efficient solution for hose retrieval operations.
A compact and durable hose retrieval unit designed for quick and reliable hose handling. Built from metal (Carbon Steel) with welded construction and stainless-steel hardware, it features diamond-grooved, vulcanized rubber rollers to prevent hose slipping during operation.
This system allows a single operator to safely retrieve and reload large diameter hoses with minimal manpower. The hydraulic carriage travels along a rail system over the hose container while also moving side-toside to evenly flake the hose.
The operator remains in a safe, seated position and can quickly complete hose retrieval, improving efficiency and reducing physical strain.
